SWANSEA, VINEYARD HAVEN, MA — BayCoast Mortgage Company, LLC, (BayCoastMortgage.com<\/a>), a wholly owned subsidiary of BayCoast Bank, is proud to announce an exciting expansion of service in Dukes County, Massachusetts, with the purchase of Martha\u2019s Vineyard Mortgage Company, LLC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this recent purchase, Martha\u2019s Vineyard Mortgage<\/a> will retain its name and become a division of BayCoast Mortgage Company, which has a strong history of providing exceptional financial solutions and service to its customers. That same tradition will now extend to new customers on Martha\u2019s Vineyard, Nantucket Island and Cape Cod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tammy King, Vice President, Senior Loan Officer with BayCoast Mortgage and resident of Vineyard Haven, Massachusetts, will manage the Martha\u2019s Vineyard Mortgage office<\/a><\/strong>, which is also located in Vineyard Haven at 107 Beach Road. She will be joined by her assistant, Shelly Mayhew, who also resides on the Vineyard in West Tisbury, Massachusetts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

King joined the BayCoast Mortgage team in August of 2022<\/a>, brining 20 years of experience as a residential mortgage lender, most recently with The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank. She was named a Top Individual Lender in Dukes County from 2016-2021 by Banker & Tradesman. King has extensive experience with all types of loans, including construction loans and enjoys helping first-time homebuyers with their financing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mayhew joined BayCoast Mortgage in early October, 2022<\/a> and has more than 23 years of community banking experience on Martha\u2019s Vineyard, most recently serving as the Assistant Banking Center Manager at Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
