We had an issue with the first house we were looking to get, on the seller side, which had us holding out for a few months, and he was very supportive and honest throughout the process. After a long wait we decided to back out of that house, starting over to find a new one and luckily within a few weeks we found one! He worked with us very closely and answered all of our questions, since the sellers had a set closing date. His team also had a quick response every time we had a question.
