Meet Rico Conforti
Rico Conforti joined BayCoast Mortgage with 31 years of real estate and mortgage lending experience. With 24 years of experience as a mortgage originator and 7 years as a real estate broker, he is one of the few mortgage professionals that understands the entire home purchase, not just the financing piece.
Throughout the years, Rico has worked in Fall River and surrounding areas, including Rhode Island, on commercial and residential mortgages, equity loans and equity lines. He also works with mortgage pre-qualifications and pre-approvals. Rico is approaching one billion in closed mortgages throughout his career.
With expertise in both real estate and mortgage lending, Rico provides his clients with the best options tailored to their specific needs. I would give Rico a 10 out of 10 in regard to the service I received during this mortgage application process. Although this is the third home I have owned, it is the first I have purchased since my divorce, and bankruptcy. I was nervous, and unsure I would be able to obtain a mortgage in the first place. Moreover, I had already been turned down by another bank. Rico worked with me during the pre-qualification process and the mortgage application as well. I now not only own my own home again, the house was built by my grandparents, and I own a piece of my family history.
