Open, transparent, efficient and effective – If you’re thinking to re-fi or just borrow money, Steve and his team are the easiest to work with. The process can be painful however, Steve takes that away and makes it simple and easy….he does the heavy lifting. Excellent communicator and knowledgeable – front to back. Easy, simple, clean. Stephan is a 12 out of 10 – I have been working with Stephan on refi’s for a decade. I have been riding the market down on adjustable rate mortgages. I typically secure 5/1 loads, but always have the opportunity to prepay should something better show up. Stephan and his team make this a breeze. I provide some key documents as to earnings and the like and they do all the rest. I cannot emphasize how strongly I recommend Stephan and his team – and I’ve done so with referrals over the years. He has literally saved me THOUSANDS of dollars.
