Meet Tammy King

Tammy King joins BayCoast Mortgage Company as Vice President, Senior Loan Officer. In this role, she originates residential loans, including purchase, refinance, construction and land loans, specializing in the Martha’s Vineyard, Cape Cod, and Nantucket markets.

Tammy brings 20 years of experience to BayCoast Mortgage as a residential mortgage lender, most recently with Cape Cod 5. She was named a Top Individual Lender in Dukes County from 2016-2021 by Banker & Tradesman. She feels incredibly fortunate to help people realize their dream of homeownership.

A graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Tammy is a resident of Vineyard Haven, Massachusetts. She is a board member of the Martha’s Vineyard Youth Task Force, the former chair of the Martha’s Vineyard Relay for Life and a current member of the Martha’s Vineyard Chamber of Commerce.

In her spare time, Tammy and her husband Hans enjoy bowling and traveling. She also spends time in Hilton Head, SC and says learning to play golf is definitely on the to-do list.
