Rico Conforti joined BayCoast Mortgage with 31 years of real estate and mortgage lending experience. With 24 years of experience as a mortgage originator and 7 years as a real estate broker, he is one of the few mortgage professionals that understands the entire home purchase, not just the financing piece.

Throughout the years, Rico has worked in Fall River and surrounding areas, including Rhode Island, on commercial and residential mortgages, equity loans and equity lines. He also works with mortgage pre-qualifications and pre-approvals. Rico is approaching one billion in closed mortgages throughout his career.

With expertise in both real estate and mortgage lending, Rico provides his clients with the best options tailored to their specific needs. Whether it be the purchase of a first home or the refinancing of an existing home loan, Rico will assist his borrowers in obtaining their real estate dreams while providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire transaction.

In his spare time, Rico considers himself to be a gym and beach fanatic. He also enjoys traveling but is always happy to return to his life-long home in Fall River, MA.
