Based on extensive data collected by The Warren Group, publisher of The Commercial Record, Steve has been placed in the top 3 loan originators for the state of Connecticut based on loan volume and number of closed loans.

Steve has been awarded the Certificate of Excellence Award at BayCoast Mortgage for being the top self-producer in the company multiple times. Most notably, after claiming the top position again in 2016, Steve became the first Loan Officer in the company’s history to surpass the $400,000,000 mark for loan volume and has recently surpassed the $500,000,000 milestone for his career as well as surpassing $50,000,000 last year alone.
