Dan Kirschner has over 18 years in the mortgage lending business. His honesty and integrity, combined with an extremely deep understanding of the mortgage industry and loan products have propelled him to be a market leader in loan volume for several years running. The majority of his business comes from repeat clients and referral business, which speaks to his ability to educate his buyers, empathize with each situation and give sound advice within the real estate lending world.
Dan is a graduate of Liberty University with a B.A in Business, he is actively involved with his church, and is married with 4 children. When he is not working, he enjoys playing basketball and spending time with family and friends.
If it wasn’t for Dan Kirshner’s consistent availability then we would not own this home of our dreams. When the sellers were handed offers by us and another buyer, the other buyers lender was not available on a Saturday morning to answer the questions that Dan had. This was only one of many times Dan had answered the call in a timely manner and we are forever grateful to Dan and BayCoast Mortgage. Thank you!
