I have always been very loyal to my bank in the area my whole life. But, in 2022 with the Mortgage rates on the rise I needed to look at other options because of the rules for mortgages and hold periods. My family was building a house and finding a rate lock was tough. In June a friend told me to reach out to Mike. I messaged him expecting to hear to same response I got from others. I asked that one simple question and it turned out to be the best thing I could’ve done. That one question turned into 100 and Mike was on top of every question I had. Over the next few months and some delays from the builder. I started to stress because of potential increase in the rate. Mike went over the plan and eased my stress…. every time it happened (which was a lot). I could not be happier with the months assistance Mike gave us. He is professional, easy to talk to, always positive, knowledgeable, and most importantly available 24/7 to answer questions. I am happy with the great rate we received for our forever but, I am much more happy with Mike’s assistance over the last few months than the thousands we saved.

I just wanted to start off by saying how attentive and how efficient Mike was to our needs. Mike went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correct and easy for me. Professionalism is an understatement to describe Mike, he had Kelly from his Swansea office work with me for the wet signing and other documents that needed to be copied, very accommodating for me.
