Meet Jacob Ruttle

For Jacob Ruttle, mortgage lending begins by building relationships and earning trust.

Currently from Worcester, Massachusetts and working out of our Auburn office, Jacob began his mortgage career in 2020 after graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Economics. That same summer, he joined UQUAL, where he gained a strong understanding of consumer credit and learned how to help people strengthen their financial position in order to apply for a home loan.

Jacob later joined Prestige Home Mortgage as a Loan Officer Assistant. There, he gained valuable insight into the mortgage process, showing him just how important personal guidance can be throughout the homebuying journey.

Today, Jacob brings that knowledge and a relationship-first approach to every client he serves. He takes the time to listen, understand each person’s goals, and help them navigate the path toward homeownership with confidence.
