Neil gets the job done! This past December 2018, my wife and I purchased our first home with help from our mortgage broker Neil Jackson. From the beginning of the process, Neil was very diligent in procuring a favorable mortgage for us and he did not disappoint! As it is with many other first time homebuyers, the process can be a little nerve racking at times but the reassurance and confidence that Neil conveyed to us made the journey a smooth one. He made himself available to meet up with us so that we understood all of the paperwork. By the time we closed on our home, he had made sure that we understood the terms of the mortgage so that we were informed consumers. Made it Easy! After shopping around, Neil helped us get the best rate for our recent home purchase. The whole experience was about as hassle free as you could imagine. We moved from Los Angeles to Rhode Island and Neil handled everything so that we could just show up, sign the papers and move into our new home. I thought I would have to gather piles of documents and sign countless forms, but Neil and his team did all the “leg work” and any and all paperwork was kept to a minimum. Extremely Professional and Highly Knowledgable. Neil has come through for me on several home loans. First time home buying, VA Loan, investment property loan… he was professional, courteous and knew everything we had to do to close the loan in the quickest time possible. I connected with Neil through a Lending Tree request. He was incredibly helpful and thoughtful through the whole process. I probably asked about 50 questions before even beginning the loan process and he answered all of them within 20 minutes over the weekend. BayCoast Mortgage does their underwriting in house which is quite nice. They were able to turn around the credit commitment in about 72 hours from asking me for documentation through underwriting. Neil was very responsive the whole time and really drove the process. When our close date slid up at the last moment, he was able to support and get everything together in time.
